Refund policy
We want you to love your order. Because each of our products is made to order and individually printed after your purchase, all products are considered final sale once production has begun.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong item or variant, or other buyer-preference reasons.
Each product is produced specifically to fulfill your order, and we are unable to restock or resell returned made-to-order items.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including the selected design, size, frame option, quantity, and shipping information.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or printing defect, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the shipping packaging if the item was damaged during transit
If we determine that your item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right by providing a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement cannot reasonably be provided, we may issue a refund to your original payment method.
You will not be responsible for replacement shipping costs when the issue is due to damage, a defect, or an error on our part.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, cancellations and changes are not guaranteed.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly make the requested change or cancellation if production has not yet begun.
Once production has started, the order can no longer be canceled or changed.
Appearance & Color Variations
Please keep in mind that colors may appear somewhat different depending on your screen, lighting conditions, and viewing angle.
Holographic materials in particular are designed to change in appearance depending on lighting and viewing angle. These normal variations are part of the product and are not considered defects.
Minor variations resulting from the printing and production process that do not materially affect the appearance or function of the product are also not considered defects.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
